Originally from Greenville, SC, Kerry relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2001 and has been serving clients in the Metro Atlanta real estate market since 2005.

His interest in real estate and residential construction began as a child growing up around his father’s insurance business and a family of custom builders and carpenters.  While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at the University of South Carolina, Kerry’s passion for real estate evolved during an internship as a paralegal, researching real estate transactions for a real estate attorney and a real estate appraisal firm.   

Kerry brings over 20 years of solid sales and marketing experience as an account executive,Realtor and investor providing his clients with knowledge, information and the market data needed to make informed and logical decisions in selling, buying or investing in Atlanta real estate.

Having previous experience and training in Real Estate Appraisal, Paralegal, Mortgage Loan Closing, and Property & Casualty Insurance, Kerry possesses a working knowledge of all the factors involved in making your real estate transaction run as smooth as possible.

His experience and knowledge as an REO / Foreclosure listing agent for BB&T,Bank of America and asset management companies has been beneficial in resourcing, negotiating and successfully closing transactions for both Sellers and Buyers.  He takes a very data driven and analytic approach to help clients buying and selling homes.   

The business philosophy of Kerry and his team is based on the principles of integrity, being responsive to the client’s needs and providing exceptional customer service.  Kerry takes a “hands-on”, proactive approach in managing his business and his fiduciary responsibility to his clients and the community.  

Helping others and giving back to the community are just a few of the values instilled in Kerry by his family.  He has been an active participant in various charitable causes including the Wounded Warrior Project, Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, AID Atlanta, and Jerusalem House.  For more than 14 years he has volunteered and served on the board of directors of Joining Hearts, a 501c3 non-profit all volunteer charity dedicated to providing housing assistance to Metro Atlanta residents living with HIV / AIDS.  Kerry considers it an honor to have served as the leader of such a reputable organization of volunteers who share the same passion of providing hope, housing and healthcare to low income residents of the Atlanta community.  

Outside of his real estate profession and volunteering with local charities, his favorite hobbies include woodworking, re-purposing antiques and architectural building materials, home improvement projects and spending leisure time with his springer spaniel.
